OPHLIMUS

OPHLIMUS (Ὄφλιμος), a branch of Mount Paryadres in the north-west of Pontus, enclosing with Mount Lithrus, the extensive and fertile district called Phanaroea. (Strab. xii. p.556.) According to Hamilton (Researches, i. p. 439), it now bears the name of Kemer Dagh and Oktax Dagh.
