--A statement has been published that the Twentieth Virginia Regiment had disbanded, and probably it was published on good authority. We are informed that the ‘"Rockingham Institute Guard"’ yet remains in a perfect state of organization — the only one of the eight companies that left this city with Col. Pegram. There are two other companies of the Twentieth in the mountains, under Capt. Jones and Capt. Bruce. We are gratified to learn that a nucleus yet remains around which to rally another regiment of gallant Virginians.
