--We learn that the Hon. James P. Holcombe will deliver an address in this city about the middle of November, the proceeds to be given to the Army Committee of the Young Men's Christian Association for the benefit of invalid soldiers. The disturbances of the times have deprived our citizens of their usual literary enjoyments, but the promised address of Mr. Holcombe will measurably compensate them. There is no man in Virginia, if, indeed in the South, who can more completely enchain, the attention of a refined and intellectual audience.
