Vagrancy.

--George Wilkins was arraigned before His Honor yesterday on the charge of being drunk in the street, and as having no visible means of support. He claimed to be regularly employed in business in this city, and had only been loafing about for the last three weeks because he was sick.--A day or two ago he had done a little tailoring, and, realizing the money for it, thought he "would go on a little bust." He was field to bail in the sum of $200 for his future good behavior.
