City Council. --A called meeting of the Council was held yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Present--Messrs. Saunders, Crutchfield, Hill, Howison, Greanor, Griffin, Richardson, Haskins, Grattan, Burr, Denoon and Anderson.
