Ἀρκεσιλάου So v. 50, Λίχας Ἀρκεσιλάου. Probably this is Thucydides' genitive of Ἀρκεσίλας (the proper Spartan form for Ἀρκεσίλαος).

καθιστάναι sc. ναύαρχον or ἐς τὴν ναυαρχίαν.
