συγκεχωρηκέναι This may be called a brief expression for συγχωρεῖν δέξασθαι. The simple accusative generally implies the ceding of something to another. So συγκεχωρηκέναι λαβεῖν, § 26. The next sentence is quoted in Bekker's Anecdota, p. 144, 16 δεινὸν οὖν εἰ μὴ ἡμεῖς συγχωρήσομεν.
