Rosengarten, Joseph George 1835-

Lawyer; born in Philadelphia, Pa., July 14, 1835; graduated at the University of Pennsylvania in 1852; admitted to the bar in 1856: served through the Civil War on the staff of Gen. John F. Reynolds. He is the author of The German, soldier in the wars of the United States; The German allied troops in the War of Independence, etc.
