Arrest of Baltimore merchants.

Baltimore, May 18.
--To-day three merchants — Jerome A. Pendergrast, James Whiteford, and George McGowan — were arrested under an indictment by the grand jury, charged with riotous conduct, in obstructing the track of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad when the Massachusetts troops were on route to Washington.
