Selling Liquor.

--Matthew O'Neal was arraigned for selling ardent spirits to be drunk in his house without a Secuse. Officer Moore was witness to this violation of the ordinance, and summoned other testimony to substantiate the charge. The Recorder fined him $20, and notified the party that a second offence would subject him to indictment by the Grand Jury.
