Relief Associations.

--The committee for the eastern suburbs of Richmond who are now laboring zealously to procure supplies for the wives and families of our soldiers in the field, are gathering together all the necessaries of life that they can procure, and will soon be ready to open their storehouse for distributing supplies. They ask and expect to receive from the farmers in the country a portion of the abundance with which they are blessed, for the wants of the needy are numerous and pressing. Meat, bread, grain, vegetables, fuel, clothes, shoes, are all scarce and high, and the families of soldiers cannot procure them unless they are assisted by those who have to spare. Surely the appeal to the charitable will not be in vain.
