Blew out for Refugees.

--A party of citizens, mostly members of the City Council, gave an entertainment at the City Hall on Christmas day, having as their guests the refugee members of the Legislature and Congress. Besides an abundance of egg-nog and other beverages, and a bountiful supply of edibles, the assemblage was edified by speeches from various gentlemen. Mayor Mayo was present on the occasion, and, as usual, did much to make the strangers feel at home in Richmond. Such remembrances of the homeless will not be lost on the refugee patriots who have already sacrificed so much for the cause of the South.
