[166] ἠνύσατ᾽ ἐκτοπίαν made ἐκτοπίαν, = ἐξωρίσατε, a rare use of ἀνύω like ποιεῖν, καθιστάναι, ἀποδεικνύναι: for the ordinary use, cp. 720 ἐκεῖνον ἤνυσεν ι φονέα γενέσθαι, effected that he should become. In Soph. Ant. 1178 “τοὔπος ὡς ἄρ᾽ ὀρθὸν ἤνυσας,” the sense is not ‘made right,’ but ‘brought duly to pass.’ ἔλθετε καὶ νῦν, an echo of προφάνητέ μοι, προτέρας having suggested καὶ νῦν: as in 338 ἀλλ᾽ ἐμὲ ψέγεις repeats ὀργὴν ἐμέμψω τὴν ἐμήν.
