General Lee.

--A gentleman who left General Lee's camp yesterday week was in our office yesterday. He had no stirring intelligence to communicate. General Lee was still at Valley Mountain, waiting for fair weather and good roads to commence operations. Both had been so bad as to arrest all military operations. The enemy were strongly posted at Stalnaker's, about twelve miles from Valley Mountain, and between that station and Huttonsville. Skirmishes occurred every day between the pickets, and our men had taken a number of prisoners.
