Mebling, Va., Sept. 8
--Col. Crossman, with two companies of regulars, secessionists at Worthington, in Marion county. The Secessionists were beaten off, with two killed. Reinforcements have been to them.

At Gallipolis, (Bourbon county C. H.,) the Confederates were whipped by companies, who burned the town. [This news may be read with many grams of allowance.]
