Aribaeus

（*)Ari/baios), the king of the Cappadocians, was slain by the Hyrcanians, in the time of the elder Cyrus, according to Xenophon's Cyropaedia. (2.1.5, 4.2.31.)

In the article on Soranus, we find: "at this present time (1848)" and this date seems to reflect the dates of works cited. 1873 - probably the printing date.
