He was the author of a beautiful paean to health (Ὑγίεια), which has been preserved by Athenaeus. (xv. p. 702a.)
The beginning of the poem is quoted by Lucian (de Lapsu inter Salt. 6.) and Maximus Tyrius (13.1.)
It is printed in Bergk's Poetae Lyrici Graeci, p. 841.
