3. Of Syracuse, a supposed author of one of the pretended works of Orpheus, namely, the
Σωτήρια, which was also ascribed to Persinus of Miletus (Suid.
s. v. Ὀρφεύς; Eudoc. p. 318). Nothing more is known of him. (Fabric.
