Police Court.

--On Saturday, Joanna Driscoll, charged with assaulting Catherine Sweeny, was required to give security for her good behavior.--M. G. Poncett and Albert Whitlock, were fined for huckstering in the Second Market.--Henrietta, slave of Mrs. Mary Sewell, charged with stealing $59, was committed for trial before the Hustings Court. J. W. Redan, charged with stealing $100 from Ira W. Rouse, was sent before the Provost Marshal.--Both complainant and defendant belong to the army. Joseph, slave of Jno. E. Stanard, and Charles, slave of Dr. Roane, were committed as runaways.
