Baton Rouge to be evacuated--Yankee outrages.

Jackson, August 14.
--It is reported that the Yankees are about evacuating Baton Rouge. Captain Saighen last week captured on the coast three schooners, loaded with sugar, for New Orleans.--The Yankee crews were carried to Camp Moors.

The town of Donaldsonville, La., has been destroyed by the Yankees. Planters are being arrested for sympathizing with the rebels, and are held as hostages to repress the movements of guerrillas. The Yankees are plundering generally.--They have two negro regiments in New Orleans.
