Burglary.

--Wm. H. Gentry, a free negro, was arraigned Saturday before His Honor on the charge of burglariously entering. the house of John Graves, and feloniously stealing three vests, of the value of $30, one over-coat, worth $160; five shirts valued at $40; one counterpane and three quilts, worth $60; two dress coats, valued at $185; and one gray double blanket, estimated to be worth $25, the property of said John Graves. On account of the absence of witnesses the prisoner's examination was deferred, and in the meantime he was committed to prison.
