Alleged slave Traders.

--Two of the officers of the steamer City of Norfolk, named Crawford and Horn, who it is alleged landed 800 slaves on Cuba about a year ago, were arrested on Wednesday in New York. Horn was released on ball, and Crawford was committed for trial.
