Judge Lyon's Court.

--The following cases were disposed of Saturday in this Court:

John Conway was sentenced to the Penitentiary for five years on the charge of stealing a watch from Capt. Jackson L. Warner.

The charge against James Hill, of robbing Jacob Holder, was dismissed, and the accused released from custody. Hill has been in jail for nearly twelve months, during which time the witnesses have not appeared against him.

The Grand Jury will meet again this morning.
