A communication was received from the House announcing the passage of various Senate bills, and the following House bills: An act to amend the charter of the Winchester and Potomac Railroad Company, and an act to incorporate the Montgomery Female College. Also, stating that they had agreed to the joint resolution from the Senate for providing suitable accommodations for the State Convention. The House bill amending the charter of the Winchester and Potomac Railroad Company was made the order of the day for to-morrow. The act for the relief of the Banks of the Commonwealth was returned to the House by request of that body. The bill was subsequently passed by the House and communicated to the Senate.
