East Tennessee.

We have been happy to meet with Colonel Swan, one of the representatives elect from East Tennessee to the Confederate Congress, who is now in our city, for the purpose of advising with the Government as to the cates of things in East Tennessee, and the best course to be taken with reference to it. We are happy to learn that the disaffection in that region is by no means extensive.
