New York, March 14.
--The steamer De Soto has arrived from Havana, with dates to the 9th inst. Sugars were more active; No. 12's were held at 8½; stock in port was 160,000 boxes. Molasses was nominal. Freights were plenty, and vessels were wanted at previous rates. Exchange on London 9½a10½; Northern cities 1a3. The money market rather easier.
