R. Q. 1 ضَعْضَعَهُ ذ , (inf. n. ضَعْضَعَةٌ, TK,) He threw it down, or pulled it down, [or rased it,] to the ground; (S, O, K;) namely, a building. (S, O.) ― -b2- And ضَعْضَعَهُ الدَّهْرُ Time, or fortune, lowered, humbled, or abased him; (S, O;) and so بِهِ الدَّهْرُ ↓ تَضَعْضَعَ . (TA.) [See also ضَعْضَعَةٌ below.]
