Damages for bad dentistry.

--At Newark, N. J., a Mr. Dobbs has recovered $200 of a dentist named Russell, for improper dentistry. The Judge stated, as a principle of common law and common reason, that any person claiming to practice any particular trade or profession, is responsible for failure to exercise sufficient skill in the prosecution of his business.
