Providence has given in equipping and providing for the men upon whose stout hearts and strong arms they must rely for succor from the invader. There are many gentlemen in this city who, though unfitted for fighting, can contribute largely to this their own cause, by putting each an entire corps on a war footing. Come, gentlemen, do this, and render your names a hallowed memory.
