A.drawn up, Ar.V.382: but mostly, dragged up the country, of tribes compelled to emigrate into Central Asia, “ἀνασπαστοὺς ποιῆσαι τοὺς Παίονας ἐς τὴν Ἀσίην” Hdt.5.12; “τούτους ἐξ Αἰγύπτου ἀ. ἐποίησαν παρὰ βασιλέα” Id.4.204, cf. 6.9, 32; “τοὺς ἀ. κατοικίζειν” Id.3.93; εὐθὺς ἀ. removing hastily, Plb.2.53.5.
