The reconciliation having been made on these terms, all those who had fought on the side of the Thirty were alarmed, and many intended to migrate, but put off their registration to the latest days, as everybody usually does; so Archinus perceiving their numbers and wishing to retain them, cancelled the remainder of the days allowed for registration, so that many should be jointly compelled to stay against their will until they recovered courage.
