--Walker Page, or Page Walker, who is not exactly composmentis, was ordered to the cage as a measure of safety to himself. Hezekiah Scott, free negro, for insulting a white man. Mitchell George, for the same offence. Monroe Jordan, for the same. James Farrell and John Carr were sent to the cage, but afterwards discharged. James Finegan, M. O'Donnell and Benjamin Tyler for drunkenness and lying on sidewalks, but the last named was afterwards discharged.
