Arrival of prisoners.

--Col. Stedman, an Aide-de-camp of Gen. Floyd, arrived in Richmond on Saturday evening last with a large number of prisoners of war, taken at the battle of --Cross Lanes-- by the gallant Floyd. Col. Stedman, who was an active participant in the engagement, gives an interesting account of it. He speaks of the skill and gallantry of Gen. Floyd in terms that would do honor to the most experienced chieftain.

The Hustings Court will sit to-day in the City Hall.
