Dr. Samuel G. Cabell, late of the Upshur Greys, died at Monterey a few days ago. He fought gallantly in the battle of Rich Mountain. His brother, Patrick Henry Cabell, a member of the Lynchburg Home Guard, died at Fairfax C. H. on Friday last.

Alex. Henderson, one of the oldest citizens of Fredericksburg, died last Tuesday.
