Prisoners of War.

--Three men, friendly to the cause of Abraham Lincoln, and therefore enemies of the South, were brought here from Loundoun county yesterday as prisoners. Persons of this description, who intest the border, are capable of doing much mischief, and the sooner they are put out of the way the better.
