--The Charleston Courier is meeting the project of a city park, to be laid out in a portion of the city that was desolated by the late fire.
It proposes that the quadrangle formed by Queen street on the South.
Meeting on the east, Horlbeck's alley and Clifford street on the north, and Archdale on the west, be at once secured, and that provision be made for opening and maintaining it as a public park and recreation ground.
