Southern Planters' Convention.

--The Southern Planters' Convention meets in Memphis on the third Monday in February next. As its laudable object is to secure by concert of action the advancement and progress of the agricultural, manufacturing, and commercial interests of the South, every State in the Confederacy should be represented. The Governors of the various States are authorized and solicited to appoint members of this body — a duty which every consideration of patriotism prompts them not to neglect.
