Departure of prisoners.

--The flag of truce steamer Northampton, Capt. Hicks, left yesterday morning for Newport News with 148 prisoners, most of whom were wounded in the battles of Manassas and Leesburg. They were to be delivered by Major Eaton to the Federal authorities, with the understanding that a corresponding number of good Southern men would be released in exchange.
