A Lincoln spy was lately captured in the bay, near Indianola, Texas. As he would give no account of himself, he was put in prison. He succeeded in making his escape from the prison, but, being discovered by a soldier, was shot dead in his tracks. We learn from the Houston Telegraph, of the 6th, that General Herbertis headquarters are about to be removed from Galveston to Hessians, together with the endless connection there
