PIERRE-BUFFIÈRE Dept. Haute Vienne, France.

Gallo-Roman site of the Villa d'Antone. It was partly excavated in 1931. A Gallo-Roman villa was found and its baths, with hypocausts, a pool, and some rooms of indeterminate purpose were uncovered. Also discovered were several aqueducts along with a huge circular structure 13 m in diameter; these interconnected structures may possibly be a reservoir.
