ANDIZE´TII

Eth. ANDIZE´TII (Eth. Ἀνδιζήτιοι), one of the chief tribes in Pannonia, occupying the country about the southern part of the Drave. (Strab. vii. p.314; Plin. Nat. 3.28, who calls them Andizetes.)
