τοῖς δὲ τυράννοις οὐδὲν ὑπάρχει τοιοῦτον, ‘but monarchs have no such advantages,’ lit. ‘but nothing of such a kind belongs to monarchs’. For ὑπάρχειν see note on E. 19.

ἀνουθέτητοι: the force of the verbal adjective is ‘in such a position that they cannot be admonished’.

πρὸς χάριν: lit. ‘with a view to favour’, ‘in order to please’.

ὁμιλοῦσιν, ‘converse with’, ‘associate with’. ὁμιλεῖν, lit. ‘to be together with’, so ‘associate with’, ‘converse with’, ‘deal with’ (followed by dat. § 39, πρός and acc. § 24).
