An important suggestion.

We are requested by gentlemen on the Danville Road to state that there is great negligence in sending back to the country the vessels in which buttermilk and other articles are sent to the sufferers in this city. Our country friends inform us that any quantity of buttermilk, and other articles agreeable and important to the sick, could be sent here, if the farmers could only get back the vessels, of which they have only a small supply. We trust this suggestion will receive the prompt and systematic attention which its importance demands.
