A good move.

--The County Court of Halifax county, Va., have sent a committee with the petition of said Court, to the War Department, to establish a hospital at Halifax Court-House for their sick and wounded soldiers; the Court becoming responsible for the prompt restoration of the man as they become able to return to the army.
