Discrimination.

--Some grumbler sends to the Dispatch a complaint against the fair sex for being partial in their attentions to the different hospitals. The complaint is that too many flock to one, leaving the others without the necessary supply of ‘"God's last, best gift to man"’ to soothe his anguish in his time of trouble. The ladies will regulate this matter to suit their own fancy, and distribute their attentions and themselves just where they may fancy.
