Visitors from Fredericksburg to Baltimore.

--The following paragraph is taken from the Baltimore correspondence of the Philadelphia Inquirer, of the 24th. We doubt the truth of what he says:

‘ Already several citizens of Fredericksburg have been in our city. They seem much gratified at once more having been relieved from the thraldom of secessionism, and at having a free communication opened to the loyal States and cities. Several steamers and other vessels in the Rappahannock, when the rebel troops deserted the town, were burnt. This the owners do not take so comfortably, as they see no means by which remuneration is to be secured.
