Exchanges of wounded prisoners.

--A telegram in the New Orleans Picayune, dated Corinth, 19th inst., says:

‘ A letter from Gen D. C. Buell, dated Headquarters of the Army of the Ohio, to Gen. Beauregard, commanding the Army of the Mississippi, was received to day, ratifying the exchange of wounded prisoners, as arranged by Gen. Breckinridge. The letter says that information regarding certain missing Louisiana officers and privates will be communicated as soon as obtained.

Col Jacob Thompson leaves to-morrow for Richmond, with a large number of the enemy's flags — trophies of the battle of Shiloh.
