The Empress of Austria.

--The Ost Deutsche Post says ‘that the health of the Empress of Austria demands that she should spend the winter in Madeira. Her condition is not imminently dangerous; but her physicians think that the moist climate of Venice, and the dust caused by the building operations going on in the city, would have a disagreeable effect upon Her Majesty, and that she had better pass the winter in a milder latitude.--So she will make a long sea voyage. She set out on the 9th of October, and went to Belgium. At Ostend or Anvers she was to embark in an English ship for Madeira, where she would probably be joined by her sister, the Queen of Naples.’
