Death of a member of the Marion Rifles.

--The Third Regiment Va. volunteers have arrived safely at their destination, with the exception of Mr. John Miller, a private in Capt. Albert Lybrock's company, the Marion Rifles, who unfortunately fell into the river on Saturday night, on the downward passage, and was suffocated and drowned before he was rescued from the water. His body will be sent to Richmond for interment.

P. S.--We learn since the above was written, that private Miller was accidentally drowned while bathing in the pond.
