Raising a Mass.

--The commanding officer, and about twenty members of a second class juvenile militia company, who had been detailed as guard to the C. S. military prison, on Cary street, on Saturday last, created a disturbance by objecting to the performance of further duty as soldiers in that vicinity. The conduct of the parties was deemed so obnoxious to military usage and custom that they were conveyed away under arrest and locked up in the guard-house on Franklin street. After a slight detention, all hands were allowed to vamoose. The prison will, in future, be supplied with a guard from the regular army.
